RF Measurements

Our team has conducted RF field measurements in various countries across the world, mainly for the calibration of radio propagation models. Our equipment have a wide range of applications and they include DAB, GSM, UMTS, Wimax and other wireless frequencies and protocols.

We are using top-leading RF equipment and software (such as Rohde & Schwarz / Romes) and our combining analytical tools offer great accuracy and reliability in our measurement data. We use various techniques to validate our data so that you can rely on our data with high confidence.

Here are some of the services that we can offer you:

• Install new transmitters and/or measure existing sites (live network).
• Cover at least 200kms per measurement site.
• Use multiple receivers for optimum travel speed Vs sampling rate.
• All our antennas are accompanied with 3D patterns that have been measured in anechoic chambers in certified laboratories in UK.
• Use of multiple differential GPS receivers with enhanced hardware algorithms to e,ploy diversity and avoid potential errors in the recorded receiver locations.
• All cables are provided with extra protective armour shield to avoid leakage and unwanted feeder losses during operation (mainly due to accidents).
• Use of up-to-date digital maps will be used to ensure high coverage of both small and large streets.
